🚦 Keep in mind that orders placed on Friday will not be delivered during the weekend.

⏱ Orders placed on Sat-Sun will ship out on Monday.

 If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, the next conditions will be considered:

• Returned or exchanged items must be returned in original packaging.
• Returned or exchanged items must have no visible signs of use.
• Returned or exchanged items transaction will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Seasonal items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• We are not responsible for any damaged/defective Foil Balloons. No exchange or returns are allowed. 
• You have 14 days after your purchase to return or exchange any item bought in our physical store.
• You have 14 days after your delivery date to return or exchange any item bought in our online web page or app.
• We are not responsible for any damaged/defective accessories. No exchange or returns are allowed. 
• No exchange or returns are allowed for Foil and Accessories (Final Sale).
• ALL CPRINT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND WILL NOT BE ELEGIBLE FOR RETURNS 

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our store with the receipt or send an email to sales@city-balloons.com to get authorization for the transaction. 

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. Then you have 7 calendar days to send the package back to the store. Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay.
